Lukas Duncan: 9 Weeks Out!

It's been a little while since we last posted any thing on Lukas, follow Lukas on Instagram.

Turner Riddle: One Week In!

This past Sunday's guy was Turner Riddle from from Jackson, TN, taken one day out from his 6th place finish in the middleweight class at the 2013 NPC Nationals. The first two pics above show Riddle one week into this year's prep. Below, two more shots from earlier in June.

And then some shot from back in March. Follow Riddle on Instagram.

Alexey Gonzalez: 2013 Nationals, Light-Heavy, 9th

With some real impressive looking legs just a couple of weeks out from the 2013 NPC Nationals last November, 5'7" light-heavy Alexey Gonzalez was Sunday's guy.

Day 14: Joel Thomas

Big Joel Thomas from Jacksonville, FL placed second twice this November, earning his IFBB pro card in the process. Last year as a heavyweight, Joel finished 9th in the North Americans and 6th at the Nationals, this year the 29 year old competed as a super heavy... a weight class that obviously suited him better. The last time I featured him in the countdown was 2011.

Day 17: Brad Rowe

Day 20: Matt Burzacott

Matt came close to earning his IFBB pro card twice this year, recently placing 3rd at the 2013 NPC Nationals and finishing second at the 2013 NPC USA in the summer. A major pec tear in 2006 caused the 28 year old to wonder if he could succeed in the sport... obviously he is!

Follow him on his website, www.mattburzacott.com.

Day 23: Martae Ruelas

2013: 1st at the West Coast Classic, 3rd at the NPC USA, 2nd (and an IFBB pro card) at the NPC Nationals! Not a bad year for lightweight pro Martae Ruelas.

Ryan Pateracki: 2013 Nationals, Super Heavy Champ!

The Sunday guy from the other week was 2013 NPC Nationals super heavy champion, and new IFBB pro, Ryan Pateracki, 34, from Lake Mary, FL.

"BIG DUDE here!!! Thick everywhere. he's in shape too. CRAZY side chest. Hitting some floor shots and his legs are SPLIT from the side. BIG side tricep shot. Hams and glutes are tights, calves are HUGE. Wide back. AMAZING rear double bicep if you can get past the arm tear. Should be 2nd easily."

2nd... He won the class! 5'11" Pateracki didn't place in his last Nationals outing in 2010. He was the class and overall champion at the 2012 All South Championships and placed 7th at this year's NPC USA.
