Day 21: Baitollah Abbaspour

33 year old Baitollah Abbaspour from Karaj, Iran, took to the pro stage in 2012, even making it to the Olympia stage.

He finished third at the European Pro (below), and fourth at both the FIBO Power and the 2012 Nordic Pro. He didn't place in his Olympia debut.

In the clip below he is 12 hours out from the 2012 Nordic Pro and below that before the Worlds back in 2008. Looks pretty different!

Day 15: Gerald Pangan

One of my personal favorite Sunday Worships from last year, was the middleweight (85kg) champion at the this year's Mr. Olympia Amateurs in Kuwait at the end of November, 5'5" Gerald Pangan from the Philippines.

Day 1: Flex Lewis

Two-time Olympia 212 Showdown champion! Two-time Prague Pro champion! Two-time British Grand Prix champion!

Day 2: Aaron Clark

Virginian Aaron Clark will compete next at the 2014 Arnold. Here's how he's currently looking this December.

Then earlier in November and October...

And back in September...

Two days out of his IFBB pro debut, the New York Pro, where he ended up competing as a lightweight and placed 4th. Though wouldn't we have liked to see him compete in the open?
