MD's training video of Ron Galup 3.5 weeks out of the upcoming 2013 NPC Nationals. Galup won the middleweight class and then the overall at the 2013 NPC Dexter Jackson Classic in August. Galup beat out super heavy Alex Martinez, heavyweight Pete Williams, and light heavy Joe Geibel.
