Muscle Memory notes, in the decade 5'4" Bilous, 35, competed from 1999 to 2009, he also competed as a welterweight, middle and light-heavy. The 2014 Arnold Amateur competitor lists him as competing as a middleweight, we'll see if that's right, seems hard to believe from these World Games pictures and clip (above).
