Canadian heavyweight Jonni Shreve 2.5 weeks out of the 2014 Arnold Amateur, only his 5th ever show. Jonni placed 3rd in the heavies at the 2013 CBBF Nationals and was the 2013 Mr. Nova Scotia overall champion. He was 6 weeks out and 230lbs in the clip below.
