Matt came close to earning his IFBB pro card twice this year, recently placing 3rd at the 2013 NPC Nationals and finishing second at the 2013 NPC USA in the summer. A major pec tear in 2006 caused the 28 year old to wonder if he could succeed in the sport... obviously he is!
