Alex Tolstopiatov from Salem, Oregon will compete in the light-heavies at the 2013 Arnold Amateur.
Tolstopiatov competed in the physique (boardshort) division of the 2011 Emerald Cup, placing 6th in the tall class. He returned to real bodybuilding with the 2011 NPC Oregan State (3rd in the light-heavies, below) and NPC Florida State (4th in the light-heavies).
As a young middleweight Tolstopiatov won his class and the overall at the 2005 Washington Ironman and 2006 NPC Northern Classic. He won the Novice overall and lightweight at the 2006 INBF Washington State Natural Bodybuilding & Figure Championships, and won the 2008 NPC Northern Classic Bodybuilding Fitness and Figure Championships.
