It's been a while since I last posted about Czech up and comer, 24 year old Milan Šádek, and I am not sure why it has taken me so long to post more, but in his preparation for the 2013 Arnold Amateur he is being featured all over the place at the moment.
Size and Symmetry did a shoot with him earlier this month when he was 8 weeks out from the show. Visit them for more of the shoot.
