Nhon Ly: One Week Out!
One week out before competing in lightweight class the 2013 World Amateur Championships in Morocco. Trained by Tad Inoue and Derik Farnsworth, Nhon was the 2013 Southern California Championships lightweight and overall champion, and lightweight Team Universe Champion.
Nicolas Vullioud: The Swiss "Quadzila"
One of Swiss trainer's Patrick Tuor protegee's, new "Quadzila" Nicolas Vullioud was last Sunday's guy, with a shot taken in Madrid 12 hours out from the 2013 Arnold Classic Europe earlier in the month (he placed 3rd, the class was won by Tim Budesheim).
James Bowe: 3 Weeks Out!
Middleweight James Bowe from Massillon, OH will be competing at the 2013 Mid Atlantic States followed a week later by the Nationals. Bowe placed 3rd at the 2011 North Americans and 7th at the 2012 USA. Bowe was 4.5 weeks out in the first picture below and shots from the 2012 USA follow that.
