Sylvester Cain: 2013 NPC USA, Light-Heavy, 8th!
24 Hour personal trainer Sylvester Cain, 32, from Aurora, CO placed 8th in the light-heavy class over the weekend at the NPC USA.
USA Muscle has some awesome backstage posing clips of Cain weighing in at 187lbs at 5'5" at the 2012 NPC Junior National Championships where he was runner up in his class. He finished 12th in his last USA outing in 2011.

Matt Porter: NPC Los Angeles Heavyweight!
Sunday's guy was indeed Matt Porter, the 2013 NPC Los Angeles Championships heavyweight winner (he lost the overall to light-heavy Breon Ansley).
5'11" Porter from Portland, OR, was an Washington State champ in 2007, San Francisco champion in 2009, Oregon State champ in 2010, and 2011 NPC Oregon Ironman.
Porter was a featured Bodybuilding.com Amateur Bodybuilder of the Week and on the NPC Oregon site. Follow Matt on Facebook.
